My art is my statement.
Once it is out there, it is for others to interpret, and how I feel doesn’t matter anymore. Statements diminish the work into an argument between the viewer and artist about if the statement is satisfied or not.
Art is not math; it needs no proofs.
Art is not science; it need not to fulfill a hypothesis.
Art is not philosophy; it does not prescribe the way we should live.
It is Art, and Art sits above all three major disciplines as it is through the act of creation and discovery that they all are relevant.
The “alpha” or “genesis” of intelligence is the creation of Art.
Before words there was Art.
Everything we know and love has followed Art.
To act otherwise is to deny the truth that Art is.
It is Consciousness.
It is Us.
Art is God.
